  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:

  • At first cook pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken to Pasta:

  • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken pieces  with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked (about 7-8 minutes). Remove from the pan and set aside.

Sauté the Garlic:

  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

Make the Cheese Sauce:

  • Pour in the heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
