Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
- First bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Then add the tagliatelle and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining tagliatelle.
Prepare the Mushroom Sauce:
- Before moving on heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
